Everything was fantastic, the parking was on-site, the room was reasonably large and perfect. Truly enjoyed air conditioner and WiFi in the room.

The room here was spacious and had a great view of the pool, and having a kitchenette was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel conveniently located near the downtown area. The room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat. Though the internet and TV were not working during our visit, the friendly staff attempted to resolve the issue. The hotel's proximity to a supermarket and transportation options made exploring the area easy. we had a pleasant experience at Plaza Santa Maria.

Secondly, the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main bus line and just a short walk to the beach. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day, with a good variety of options to choose from.

We could easily explore Puerto Vallarta with a bus stop and taxi stand nearby. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. Plaza Santa Maria provided excellent value for the money. I would highly recommend this hotel.
